Personal information you disclose to us 

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information(Bank account details such as account number, account name, IFSC code ) to receive payments from  SWARI. 

We collect personal information that you provide to us when registering with us so that we can provide you our products and services on  SWARI or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Token-Based Session. We use token-based sessions to keep users logged in securely. This involves the use of session tokens that authenticate and authorize users during their interaction with the app.

Contact Information. To enhance user experience, we may access contacts to facilitate communication with their contacts from within the app.

Device ID. Device IDs are utilized to control user sessions, ensuring the security of their interactions within the app.

Name and Contact Data. We collect your Business name, Name, email address, postal address, phone number, GST number and other similar contact data.

Credentials. We collect passwords and similar security information used for authentication and account access. 

Vehicle Details. We collect your vehicle’s details which includes registration number,vehicle make and model.

Payment Data. We use third party payment gateway to process your payment for using any of our product or services. If any Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes or charges, the same shall be borne by the customer,  SWARI shall be indemnified from any such claims.
 
 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold  SWARI harmless against all claims, losses, damages and actions that the customers may initiate in relation to the online payment gateway. Neither  SWARI nor any of its employees or offices shall be liable for any such loss or damage that may be suffered by the customer as a result of such usage.
 
 All payments will be processed on the basis of the information that you provide. SWARI does not accept any liability if you make a mistake while completing a form or for any reason          whatsoever. Once the payment has been confirmed online, you will be given a transaction number. Please note the transaction number and quote in any queries about the payment. Policy    

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.   

Information automatically collected 

In Short: Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit  SWARI  .

We may collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate  SWARI. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In Short:  We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfil business obligations.   

 We may process or share data based on the following legal basis:

  • Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information in a specific purpose. 
  • Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfil the terms of our contract. 
  •  Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena (including in response to public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements).

We may share your data with third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

  • Third-Party Advertisers. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit  SWARI.                                                
  • Affiliates. We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this privacy policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, affiliate users who refer  SWARI app to users, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.  
  • Other Users. When you share personal information or otherwise interact with users of  SWARI, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside  SWARI in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of  SWARI your contacts will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your business. Similarly,you will be able to view descriptions of other user’s business, communicating with you within  SWARI, and view their profile.   

 

3.  Data Operations and Security

Token-Based Data Operations. All data operations are token-based, adding an  extra layer of security to user information. This ensures that sensitive data  is handled securely during transactions within the app.


4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?  

In Short:  We do not use any cookies and any tracking technology.

 

5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?  

In Short We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers.   

Referral Code Tracking via Branch.io.  We employ third-party services, such as Branch.io, for tracking referral codes and implementing deep linking. Please refer to Branch.io's privacy policy for details on their data practices.

They may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the . You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.        


6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?  

In Short:  We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.   

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Opting out of email marketing: You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list – however, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account. 8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES  

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

In Short:  Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
